About Bahcall Rubber

Bahcall Rubber Company started in business as a spinoff of I. Bahcall Steel & Supply, a company founded by Dennis Bahcall's grandfather in 1901. On July 1, 1982, Dennis and Naomi Bahcall, along with their sons and four employees opened the doors to Bahcall Rubber. Originally just over 10,000 sq.ft. in size, today, Bahcall Rubber operates out of a 45,000 sq.ft. facility in Kaukauna, Wisconsin and employs 45 people.

Bahcall Rubber Company is an industrial rubber products distributor, assembler, and fabricator. We assemble industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies, as well as fabricate rubber parts and conveyor belts, sheet rubber, bulk hose & fittings, v-belts and many other rubber-related parts. Bahcall Rubber also offers its customers kitting, Kan-Ban, JIT, bin stocking and VMI. We are associated with the highest quality hose and fitting manufactures in the industry and serve a variety of world class OEM's.

Bahcall Rubber & Goodyear celebrated its 75th anniversary together in 2008 and is now the oldest Goodyear/Veyance industrial rubber distributor in the world.

Bahcall Rubber is also a Goodyear/Veyance "STAR DISTRIBUTOR", part of an exclusive GAD group who maintain the highest level of hose assembly standards to provide customers greater assembly integrity and dependability. All "Star Distributors" have been independently audited by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) to verify each Star assembly location follows NAHAD Assembly Guidelines (HAG).

Additionally, Bahcall Rubber is a Listed fabricator member of NAHAD's Hose Assembly Guidelines (HAG) for industrial and hydraulic hose assembly. These standards provide a comprehensive set of basic Hose Assembly Specifications Guidelines for customers seeking to acquire fabricated hose assemblies for various industrial applications.
